The location was excellent, with easy access to trams that take you to the historic downtown in the center of town. It was also close to attractions and almost everything the city has to offer. The breakfast had a lot of variety and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

The staff at the hotel were great, always friendly and helpful. The breakfast served was delicious with a wide variety of options. the location of the hotel was key as it was close to a beautiful park and within walking distance of downtown.
There were a few aspects that were disappointing. The shower in our room leaked after every use, quite frustrating.

The location of the hotel was perfect, close to transport and in a smart but very quiet neighborhood. We could easily walk to the Metro station at Rato and explore the city from there. The room and bathroom were spacious, tastefully decorated, and had all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was of high quality.
The lack of a kettle and coffee or tea in the room.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main tourist areas, making it easy to explore the city. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including hot scrambled eggs and grilled tomatoes, which were delicious.
There were some cleanliness issues in the hotel, such as dirty bed clothes and a trash can that was not emptied for two days.
